Unusual weekday shopping with Jr yesterday. Went down to Photo Lab to san the RC Paper of the Car, which needs to be submitted for a claim in office. Jr was interested in Cakes, just browsed the nearby Nilgris outlet to get her. Jr's favorite cake was Chocolate icing and only three pieces. She counted all the three saying one for her, one for Aji (bil) and half amma and half appa.
Came home and things were distributed as said. Jr's father was late to home by 10.30. Conversation between them goes like
Jr: Appa, I have surprise for you, guess what it is ..
Father: Gave lot of guess.
Jr: It’s a Choclate cake for you.
Father: Thanks to her with a broad smile.
Jr: 'Ethuku thanks appa sappida kodupathuku, says thanks to ur tummy. Only it makes you hungry and not me.
We both were moth shut and couldn't say anything in reply to her. I just admire her everyday and learn things at times to handle situations.
